mild pulmonary hypertension

I was diagnosed as having mild pulmonary hypertension. My pap pressure was 34. one doctor said i had mild ph and another doctor said it was high normal pressures. Which doctor is right? On the internet, it says that anything over 25 at rest is ph and
too get checked. Does anybody have this problem or know the answer? My symptoms are shortness of breath, tired and palpitations.
