LEGS/ARMS go completely numb in sleep???

For the last year, in my sleep, my legs and arms go completely numb. Almost like they injected novacaine in that part...this happens about once a week. My blood pressure is very low 90/50 (all my life) and my heart beat is slow about 60.. and doctors dont seem concerned...I am 5'4 and 102 lbs..very petite, but i do have some signs of hypothyroid. (been tested for it and it was slight hypo)...I have also been in perimenopause since 4 years 41 years old....The limbs going numb really frighten me, and i know thats poor circulation...Can anyone tell me any adive or health products or supplements that help poor circulation..?

Do you sleep on your arms a certain way? This is a huge cause of these symptoms. Also, hands falling asleep at night can also be a sign of carpal tunnel. Thank you
