The coated asprin will be fine.
Coated Aspirin has a special enteric coating and is recommended by doctors to help prevent stomach upset.

If they have 325 mg of asprin they are the correct strength.
If it makes you feel better go back and get the non coated ones.

Think you missed my point, its not about what makes me "feel better" but rather if the coated asprin is as good as non coated.

Yes, coated medication is better because it will reduce the likelihood of getting ulcers from the harshness of the uncoated medications.

I do understand what the coating is there for, BUT I have read that the coated asprin does NOT have the same effect as non coated when used for asprin therpy or post stent.

I guess I am looking more for facts than just ideas, thanks !

There is no difference in coated or non coated chemically. As stated coated just makes it easier on the stomach. The coated might have a slightly slower breakdown due it trying to lessen the harshness on your stomach. Chemically no difference. I would take uncoated if your stomach can stand it. I take coated ( I have acid acid reflux so it helps me) and have stents in and on blood thinner Effient.

For your blood is the same.... for your stomach is much better.

However it seems a too big doses ... in similar circumstances I got 100 mg prescribed.

I do not know,

What I know is that aspirin is an NSAID (Non steroid anti inflammatory drug) and as such will increase the BP which is the reason why NSAIDs are NOT recommended if you have heart problems.

However it has very good anti-platelet properties which is a desired effect in the same cases, therefore I think that it is wise to take the smallest doses of aspirin that give you the anti-platelet effect.
