Gram4 Senior Veteran (female) Join Date: Jul 2005 Location: Fla, USA Posts: 705	Descending Aorta? I just found out I have a descending aorta measuring 3.2cm suggestive of thoracic aorta aneurysm. It freaked me out since my Dad had an aneurysm when he was in his 40's in the brain. They operated & he lasted 5yrs like a vegetable. I have mitral valve prolapse don't know if that has anything to do with it. Any answers would be appreciated.
