Stent 2 weeks ago , BP is 110/67 is that too low ?

I had a stent put in two weeks ago, I have been fitness walking about 2 or 3 miles a day with no problems but I have noticed my bp is running about 110/67. I am taking 80mg Diovan for bp and have been on that for about 10 yrs.

I also take Plavix and Simvistatin

It's low if you start fainting.

It's fine as long as you're not having any undesirable symptoms associated with it.

I wouldn't - unless you're dizzy or feeling faint, but it's better to speak with your Dr first.

I just took mine 101/70

Just for your information, the answer of my cardiologist always has been: "You take your pills unless that you are fainted... " Of course my situation can be different of yours, I suffered a MI and she wants me with a BP very, very low.

As long as you feel OK it should not be any problem.

Re: Stent 2 weeks ago , BP is 110/67 is that too low ?

Your BP is excellent! If you talk to any doctor they will tell you that a blood pressure of 110/67 is great. Even 105/whatever is good. The "standard" of 120/80 is a guideline but most docs I've seen, and from what I've read as well, say that 110/70 is actually more ideal and very healthy. If you've had continuous high blood pressure up until the stents you may feel a difference but your body will adjust. It sounds like you're doing just fine and keeping up with exercise, etc.

My doctors have told me that if your blood pressure goes below 100 AND you are having symptoms, then you should talk to them about your meds. But there are a lot of people who have blood pressures in the 90's and are fine b/c they don't have any symptoms. I've continuously had low blood pressure (running something like 90/60) but it only became a problem when it dropped below that and I was getting lightheaded and passing out The lowest it got was 62/40 and I had obviously passed out at that point. Unless you are having symptoms right now it sounds like you are doing just fine - and your BP reflects that you're doing great!
