ok lad stent, no heart attack, little over 3 weeks ago. Been on my bike trainer for like 20 minutes at a heart rate of 120-130. No pain except if I lean forward and exhale hard, if I sit up straight nothing, after I get off for about 10 minutes if I exhale all the air out of my lungs i feel a pain under left pec muscle or when I bend forward.
I dont want to run to the cardio dr everytime i get a twinge but when is the right time to go or what type of pain is important

You could call him and ask him when. I guess if there is hardware in there I would not be all that surprised but there could be other causes. I hope you will let me know what he says.
Hi cvcman,
Cardiac pain is a constant pain which doesn't come and go as you change positions.
If your pain disappears when you change position it is not a heart attack.
Any type of chest area pain which lasts more than 10 minutes could possibly be cardiac related - call an ambulance and go to the ER asap.
