heart worry

I have been having slight discomfort in my chest and my GP carried out ECG yesterday. She showed me copy of the reading and on the top it said Interpretation unconfirmed, "Junctional rhythm, atrial fibrillation with AV block cannot be ruled out Atypical Q wave in lead 111". She told me it was nothing to worry about that the machine frequently reported this finding and that she would repeat the test after christmas. Despite her words I am worried. Would be most grateful if someone could enlighten me about these findings. Regards to all.
