Pvc's in throat, then short svt

I have had pvc's for years and try to deal with them as best as I can. Every once in a while I get a feeling that is very unnerving and was wondering if others share this symptom. I will feel a fullness in the throat and then feel a drop in my stomach. If I feel my pulse it is skipping every other beat and/or several at once, it's hard to tell which.

Then my heart will start beat quickly, not sure if it's anxiety from the pvc's. I continue to have the fullness in my throat until I lie down and put my head a low as I can, like hanging upside down over the bed. They will then stop in a minute or two. Afterward there is a pain the chest and my heart rate will stay faster than normal for several hours.

I just want to be clear, when I get this feeling it literally feels like my heart is about to leap from my mouth and there is a vacuum in my chest. If this is normal then I will just accept it, but I wanted to make sure.

I have seen many a doctor and there is nothing structurally wrong.
Does anyone have this feeling ever?

I've had PVCs that have felt like that (minus the stomach thing). I try to ignore them as best I can. My heart will race, but I think that partly from me freaking out but I usually don't have to lie down.
