Smile PVC improves a lot with fish oil and antidepressant

My PVC has reduced DRAMATICALLY in both frequency and intensity after taking fish oil and antidepressant.

3 months ago I was having 10000+ a day, all are painfully strong ones with choking sensation, beta blockers didn't help so I researched on my own and found many studies and real people like me claim fish oil, or omega 3 fatty acid helps cardiac arrhymia. I also started taking Cipramil left from previous depression episode to help the anxiety.

Gradual improvement began at second week taking this regime, bigeminy were complete gone, trigeminy reduced significantly. At the fourth week I was relieved enough to concentrate on life and be completely free of health concerns.

I still have short episodes of frequent skips when stressed or after taking large meal but they don't bother me any more.

Just thought I'd share this fascinating discovery with you.

Edited: I also eat 3 fingers of banana and an orange a day, the potassium and magnesium definitely help.

Re: PVC improves a lot with fish oil and antidepressant

Good on you, I am doing the bananas, fish oil, Vitamin E, and magnesium for my AF. I feel better (almost no incidents of heart pain and palpitations) after this regiment for a month. Today, I will start on the selective beta blocker Bisoprolol to try and bring my pulse rates down. Coreg made me roll up into the fetal position and cry mama while doing nothing for my rates.

Still chasing the rabbit,

Jack
