Question Segmental Sclerosis of the aorta

Good day!

i would like to know more about the meaning, causes, and treatment for Segmental Sclerosis of the Aorta. An x-ray revealed "A curvilinear opacity in the aortic knob" and one finding is that I have a segmental sclerosis of the aorta. I immediately got nervous because, I oftentimes find it hard to inhale. Please help understand my health. Thank you.
