pain in my left arm and neck
I have pain in my inner left arm around elbow its been hurting for awhile now. also i have shooting pain going up my neck on my right side. Do you think this could be heart related. I was diagnos with Congestive Heart Failuer 9yrs ago. I havent been on meds for 7yrs.

Since you have a history of heart issues, I would say more than likley it is heart related. Add in the fact you haven't been on any medicines in years...I would say that increases your chances of being heart related. Please don't take a chance and get to the ER and get checked out. You don't have time to wait for a cardiology appointment when you are symptomatic. Please get it checked out.
