| Tachycardia
Has anyone been diagnosed with Polymorphic Ventricular tachycardia or malignant ventricular arrhythmia's?
If so, did they find a cause of your P-VT or malignant arrhythmia's? How was your dx confirmed? (i.e. MRI, EP Study, Cath, etc) Did you have any structural problems prior to your diagnosis?
Several doctors say there are suspicions for the possibility of ARVD (arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia) and consequences of sudden cardiac death because my heart stopped 3 times during an EP study and I had a pacemaker/ICD implanted.
Brugada syndrome has been ruled out per Dr Ramon Brugada.
Cardiac Cath shows no signs of CAD, however it does show my LVEDP was moderately elevated at 34; enlarged heart and I have Non-ischemic Cardiomyopathy with an EF 40% (not shown on my Echo)
Cardiac MRI was inconclusive due to patient movement and inability to finish sequences and Delayed enhancement images of the LV are limited due to motion degradation.
I do have recurrent syncopal episodes as well as nonsustained VT runs daily, which worsen with exertion & exercise (per exercise stress test).
