I have had pain left side shortness breath down my arm persistent cough pain,under left rib fatigue

Don't know how long this has been going on but you need to see a Dr. and get some tests done, as it could be several things. It could be a virus, or even something related to your heart, but only a Dr. and tests will figure it out.
