ouch, no! lol. When I do exercise it goes up to a normal beat, around 110. It's just weird that in my "old age" (don't feel old) my heart rate resting is so low. I hope it doesn't get any lower, I go around cold when it's in the 50's, besides being worrisome. It's just the change of the heart rate that has me worried, blood pressure is normal. i had heart palpitations once, don't know if that had anything to do with it or not. But no, I don't exercise everyday.
