I think reading the Ornish Spectrum book and following its recommendations is the best thing you can do.
He's proven that you can reverse heart disease with diet, exercise, stress management, and "loving." And he has programs for people who want to reverse heart disease, lose weight, lower cholesterol, etc
It's truly great stuff. Pick how much you want to help your heart, then do it.
