Probably, although you need to be guided by your doctor on this.
It's inconvenient, but where the heart is concerned, taking daily medicine is a lot easier than another heart attack, particularly when you've already had two.
I have had a major attack and 6 coronary bypasses long ago. Have afib and an ICD. I take several heart medicines daily. So I just mentally shrug, put my morning and night medicines in separate containers and keep those where I won't miss them.
