| is having 12 % of ones heart functioning real bad
Dont need any medical advice Got lots of that. Just want to know if anyone knows what its like to have only 12 % of your heart left. My husband has had 4 heart attacks since 1998, the last one being a year ago. It was caused by arrythmia. He was purple for 20 mins till the ambulence came . Long story short , the bottom of his heart is dead and he now has a pacemaker/defibulator in his chest . Life has changed dramamtically and Im wondering how normal that is. He can do barely nothing. He has a bad cough that Im sure is gonna kill him one of these nights. [ he quit smoking]. And hes getting very frustrated and wonders why they bothered to save him. Feedback would be appreciated. And how long can someone live like this. [ hes also diabetic and quite a big man]
