Chest Pain, Sickly Pain in my shoulder blades
 

Hi,

Been feeling more unwell the last few days. I was in the garden yesterday bent down got very out of breath and had a pain in middle of chest then in my back. Today I have had on and off angina pains which I helped them with the nitro spray 3 squirts.

The last attack about an hour ago left me sweating, it's gone now but feel a bit nausea. I do have a home ECG that the doctor gave me a while back, just used it with having the problems the last two days and attached the images of the ECGs.
