Unhappy Probable old anteroseptal infarction

Was feeling stressed out thought I was just having some anxiety so went to my doctor. She did an EKG and results came back as summary: abnormal probable old anteroseptal infarction. What does this mean? I am still feeling some chest discomfort and every now and then shortness of breath like I need to yawn to get more oxygen. Should I be worried can't get cardiologist appointment for a couple more days.
