Since the stent I have gone through rehab and exercise three times a week. I have been losing weight and my blood pressure has been perfect for over a year. Two weeks ago my bold pressure began to jump into the 140's/80-85 and seems to be staying there. My doctor put me on a higher dosage or lisinopril. Two questions: does blood pressure just jump like that or should I be worried about a blockage. All of a sudden I notice mu heart rate jumping into the 130's while excercising but recovers as soon as I slow down. Is that a concern?
