Cardiac Terminology

I have recently had an Exercise Stress Echocardiography test carried out and I am trying to decipher that mass of medical terms used in the Doctor's report so I can understand it in laymans terms. Most of it I have already figured out, but I am still a little unsure about the meaning of a few terms.

Could someone please explain the exact meaning of the following terms:

1. "Inducible Ischaemia" - I think this is a decrease in blood flow when induced ie. by exersion. Would I be correct?

2." Fixed Ischaemia" - I think this is also known as Myocardial Thinning ?, which is decreased blood flow due to the thinning of an artery. Would I be correct?

3. "Deterioration in the endocardial thickening"

4. "Apicoseptal segment"

5. "Mid Anterior Septum" - I think this is the front side of the dividing wall between the right and left sides of the heart ?
