heart pain beating to fast help?

Last night after taking an anti-flammatory prescribed pill for the first time. Everything was going fine until I turned to my right side and all of a sudden I felt this intense pain in my heart. My heart felt like it went through my chest up to my throat, my heart was beating very fast like it was going to exploed. I was breathing and noticed my breathing was like trying to gasp for little airs. After awhile I calmed down and my heart went back to normal.

I have never had any heart problems in my life but there are times when I feel sharp pains and I have to grasp my chest in fear of thinking that I am going to have a heart attack. So, I am just wondering what could of been the problem or what is the problem? I am only 22 and have been pretty healthy.
