Question Holter Results - Can You Help?
These are old...but just getting them now. Old Doc made no notes and I am trying to decipher only by numbers. Can you tell me anything about these results PLEASE??? This was a 24 hour holter. I was taking a BB at the time.

3 Ventricular Beats
2 Supraventricular Beats

3 Isolated Ventriculars (PVCs??)

53 Minimum Beats
77 Average
122 Maximum
0 Beats in Tacycardia
1201 in Bradycardia
1.28 Seconds Max RR (I am very curious about this)

2 Isolated Supraventriculars (PACs??)

The summary on the bottom says:

Sinus rhythm with rare PAC and Isolated PVCs. No pauses or VTacj noted.

What is the difference between rare and isolated??

Thank you so much for any help.

Sinus rhythm with rare PAC means you are really not getting many at all.

And Isolated PVCs in the Sinus Rhythm mean you are getting some recorded, but they are singular, and are not in runs of many (I think), thus they are isolated.
