 Transmural MI (scar myocardium) involving apex, apical segments of anterior, anteroseptal walls with partial thickness involvement of basal and mid segments.
 MI involving lateral and inferolateral walls showing scar tissue mixed with some island of viable myocardium.
 No evidence for significant reversible myocardial ischemia.
PLZ help in understanding the test report:
