CABG with MV repair

Hello All,
my father has undergone a CABG with MV repair on 25th dec' 2011. He had severe MR with stent failure in one of the arteries. (90% blockage). He had a cardiac arrest on 18th may' 2011.

Post surgery he has developed fluid in the lungs twice. first time they removed the fluid around 1.5 litres from left side and they discharged him. Few days after this he is developing that condition again. Like the first time we can see some oozing from the stiches. Can somebody give some pointers why this could be happening again and again? its 22 days after surgery.

Any reply is appreciated.

Thanks,
BHarat
