Hi yes maam, welcome to the boards! I hope you find the needed support here. I would go to the search window on internet and put in Pradaxa and xarelto Someone had a massive brain herrmorhage with both. Xarelto can cause bleeding in the abdomen.

Pradaxa can cause stomach/abdomen/severe heart burn nausea/vomiting those are GERD like symptoms.

With side effects like that I would not chance time on them.
