Living with PVC's

I was diagnosed several years ago with PVC's. I have stopped using stimulants such as caffiene and cut back on sugar. This has helped but i still have episodes that can last all day. I have no BP issues and my cholesterol is good. I am still overweight but working on it. Most of the time living with these is not difficult, but i have some bad days.
any other suggestions on what to try to lessen the effects?

Re: Living with PVC's

Have you had your potassium, calcium and magnesium tested? i have them a lot less when I drink pedialyte or gatoraide even though my blood work is ok, though the doctors now think I have a calcium problem.

Re: Living with PVC's

All my blood work was ok. My PCP did not say anything about calcium or magnesium. I have seen alot of posts about magnesium and may try using that and see what happens. I have replaced sodas with water or an occasional powerade especially during the summer months.
