One week after my minor Heart Attack Im back to work on my reg duties.
I work in a fulfillment warehouse in the receiving dept and do alot of lifting.
My day consisted of receiving dog food which on avg was 30# and alot of cases of liquids.
I wasnt given any restrictions, but was hoping for some lighter work.
I came home exhausted and this am was aching all over and dead on my feet.
I didnt go in today.
I did go to the DR to try to get my FMLA paperwork filled out since my company has a strict attendance policy with no sick days. When my DR released me to go to work I asked him for the FMLA and he said I wasnt going to need it since all my tests and such were done already.
The Drs office acts as if I want to go on vacation and theyre paying!
I dont get it....I just want to protect my job incase I dont feel well.
Is this too much to ask....?
