Greetings arm1983! Welcome to the health boards. My sympathies, I hope the needed support is found. A good neurologist might figure out the cause of the headache for 3 weeks even an emergency room should know a headache is not supposed to last 3 weeks. Headaches can be the a tension type, a stress type an anxiety type, a muscular type, blood vessel type, a stroke type, an injury type, a dehydration type, an overhydration type, a blood pressure type, a mass or cyst type, sinus type, a heat type, a substance type, a disease process type etc. I suppose if something were happening inside the head it could also affect the nerves in the chest cavity making a dull pain there. So the neurologist might help figure that one out. An MRI might be of use, and the faster the better. Peace sjb
