Question ECG results

I am an extremely fit 64 year old female and had some chest pain which ended me in emergency at a nearby hospital. They did an ECG where the following was indicated:

Vent rate: 44 BPM
PR interval 154 ms
QRS duration 86 ms
QT/QTc 482/412 ms
P-R-T axes 69 71 -2

"marked sinus bradycardia with sinus arrhythmia, T Wave abnormality, consider anterior ischemia".

At that point they suspected some blockage so an angiogram was done. The angiogram confirmed my veins and arteries are completely clear - yeah!!!! I was released with no diagnosis or explanation though I was still having some chest pain. Does anyone know if I have to be concerned or do I just continue living my life doing all the crasy anaerobic exercise that I love to do. Thanks

Re: ECG results

Greetings straightrac! Welcome to the Heart disorder health board. I would want to do aerobic exercises instead of anaerobic exercise. Perhaps a brisk daily walk might be better for me. The heart is a muscle perhaps it gets cramps on overexercise if too much is done. The report did say ischemia though which may mean there might not be quite enough oxygen getting to it somehow. I would breathe deeply ahh! Peace sjb
