Any SVT sufferers

Looking for some advice. I was diagnosed as having SVT in Nov.2011. I saw the cardiologist in Feb having an echo and a stress test everything came back normal. He told me he didn't think any treatment was necessary because I hadn't had any more episodes. He gave the information on how to stop them at home if I had anymore. Just recently I have had 2 episodes but was able to stop them by baring down and lying down and pushing on my stomach. My question. I have tickets to go to Las Vegas in 10 days and I live in another country. Is there a medication I can get to stop an episode if I cannot stop it myself. I wouldn't want to have to go the the ER for something like this as it would be seen as a pre exisiting condition and would not be covered by insurance. Or do I just not go. Any help would be appreciated.
