Question Is anyone familiar with Echocardiogram ?

Hi everyone,
I hope that all of you is doing fine! Is anyone familiar wiht the Echocardiogram reports? Here is what my sais and I have no idea if I should be concerned or it is normal:

"Normal left ventricular size. Overall Grade I systolic function. Trace physiological mitral regurgitation. Trace physiological pulmonary reguritation.
Trace physiological pulmonary regurgitation. Trace physiological triscupid regurgitation. Subacute bactirial endocarditis prophylaxis is not required"

This test was done because of my symptoms of shortness of breath and left chest pain for about 2 months now.

Thank you for anything that you may know!

Re: Is anyone familiar with Echocardiogram ?

Essentially, this looks like a normal result. The trace regurgitation of the valves means backward flow of blood, but trace amounts are common and not usually meaningfull or symptomatic. I don't think this test lends any explanation for your symptoms, and you may need additional work up to find the answer.
