Yes ... It's called an Angiogram (Cardiac Catheterization) it's 100% accurate, you will need a referral to a Cardiologist though.
A hiatus hernia can give similar symptoms to a heart problem.
Indigestion can also be mistaken for a heart issue.
If you're having these pains for a week at a time I don't think it's a heart problem - Angina pain goes away with rest.
If the pain goes away when you move position, it's not a heart problem - Cardiac pain is constant, regardless of changing position.
