Strong pulses and pain
Hello. I am 21 years old male and have strange feelings in the heart like strong pulses and pains. Mainly in the left side of the chest and back but sometimes also in the right side the abdominal and the heart arteries in the legs and the arms. I smoke and drink alcohol too much but also exercise and walk too much. I see no changes in the time I need to get tired while I'm exercising but too many times during the day I have strong pulses that can be felt mainly in the left chest or under it and pain in the exact same spots. The pains last about ten seconds or less. Sometimes I also can feel strong pulses in the abdominal the legs and the arms. I have these feelings for about five months. In the beginning I thought the pain was caused from the liver but the blood tests last week showed only a little high numbers of prothromvin time. The strong heart beats also worsen when I drink beer and seem to stop when I drink three or four glasses of whisky. What could this be?
