| Can somebody shed some light
Hi I am a 29 semi proffesional sportsman, I was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy by accident due to a blood clot, I have seen the results of an echo from around 5 month ago when I had the blood clot and it said I have an ejection rate of about 30% yet since then have got back in training as the cardiologist said I could go back to my training routine, I now run 2 mile everyday fast and have a 1 1/2 gym session after and rugby train twice a week. I do not suffer from any symptoms apart from dizziness due to the bisoprolol, Do you think my ef is still at 30%?? Would I be able to do this if ef was so low?
