stress test/TMT

test is positive for inducible ischemia at moderate workload in anterolateral plane by st criteria
PT DEVELOPED SIGNIFICANT ST-T CHANGES IN ANTEROLATERAL PLANE WITHOUT ANY SYMPTOMKS AT MODERATE WORKLOAD.
ECG CHANGES PERSISTED BEYOND 6 MIN OF RECOVERY
OCCASIONAL VPCS PRESENT AT REST
DISAPPEARED DURING EXERCISE AND REAPPEARED DURING RECOVERY.
NORMAL HAEMODYNAMIC RESPONSE. GOOD EFFORT TOLERANCE.
Total exercise time: 6 min. 30 sec.

What treatment suggested. can medication only in tablet form
as blood thinning tab etc. ok.
