hi 19 yr old female here!
well basically i had severe chest pains 6 months ago turned out to be h pylori and i got antibiotics. a few days into taking them i became extremely dizzy and felt faint. after i finished the course, symptoms remained.

noticed my heart beating very fast whenever upright. had a few episodes of near fainting, but 
paramedics took ecg and said it was ok. spent next 3 months bedridden and very depressed, as no doctors would take me seriously, said it was all anxiety.

also got a lot of head and ear pain and migraines, tinnitus, yawning/air hunger, head jerks, stomach aches, constant pre syncope, aching legs, pvcs, dizziness and tachycardia when upright, along with a bunch of other weird symptoms.

had 4 ecgs, 48 hrs monitor, came back ok.

now im on a beta blocker which has improved my dizziness somewhat.
the thing that describes my symptoms seems to be pots, but my doctor doesn't want any more tests. and i don't want to self diagnose. but honestly, I've been to my doctor 12 times and still no action.

yesterday i had 4 pvcs in a row, scared me stiff. of course, ecg never picks them up in time.

as the next step i really want a echo and mri, but as Im on the nhs my doctor is very reluctant to refer me because of my age. it seems my symptoms are worse everyday. waking up i get 120bpm and lots of skipped beats, very strong and disconcerting. bp is 110/60

i want to talk to a cardiologist and neurologist to determine the cause of my crazy heart rate. i noticed after eating or lying on my side pvcs start appearing. the tachycardia is very uncomfortable, i feel like asking for a scan is out of the question. i don't believe i should have to be housebound  it is not anxiety, though the sudden irregular beats do make me feel like Im going to die. i have become very depressed at being shunned by my doctors. I've had every blood test out there. do you think i have the right to demand more tests? im at a loss. i gave up uni because i feel so sick and breathless.

i have thought about some possibilities. but i have no idea if it could be neurological in nature such as pots or chiari, a blood or hypovolemia problem, a cardiac abnormality, but please trust me, this isn't psychological. i have had panic attacks before, but these are temporary and can be controlled. these symptoms wake me up at night, breathing and functioning have become hard. lying down and bending my neck seem to excarbarate my vertigo now. please help. id really appreciate some support. the only people who believe me are my mum and boyfriend. the heart symptoms worry me, i just want to know the state of my heart and whether or not this is a cardiac issue, so i can sleep a little easier at night. reading internet posts about dizziness and syncope in young people makes me scared because i have symptoms of these heart conditions.
