Ejection refraction

An anxious to learn as much about this as possible. I have had a low ejection fraction rate for over 10 years. My sense is that it has stabilized . Two years ago I had a bout with a rapid heart beat and ended up having a Medtronic device inserted. In spite of all that , I continue to lead a normal life with lots of activity.
Recently , I injured a toe which is very painful but is gradually returning to normal,. In the meantime, I have had a couple of brief dizziness feeling but only briefly. Is there any correlation between the two? Would appreciate any comments. Thank You
