my chest feels heavy
Hi don't reply know how to explain but my chest feels heavy and sometimes gets hot and sometimes feels cold. My heart beat does race a little bit about 75 bpm.
Haven't seen a doctor yet just want to know anything about it.

75 bpm isn't racing. The normal range is 60-100 or 60-90 depending on what source you read. I think 65-80 is pretty normal. Are you feeling chest pressure?
