EKG results to worry about ?

Routine cardio exam was considered normal. I just got the doctors notes for my file. I noticed my ekg from last year was the same except it says " "evidence of J-point elevation 2,3 and aVF and when compared to previous ekg's, there has been no significant change"......Doesnt this reading warrant a worry for v.fibrillation ? and or sudden death syndrome ?
