Heart flutters after aerobic exercise

I've had mitral valve prolapse all my life and do take toprol xl for it. I also take magnesium and I seldom have issues with it but do have flutters from time to time.

Lately I've noticed some flutters immediately following aerobic exercise. They don't last and aren't really bad. I have been under some stress lately.

Anyone else experience this or have any knowledge about it? It doesn't happen when I do resistance training - just short bursts of aerobic activity such as running in place. Riding the stationary bike doesn't seem to effect it.

Also when I come up a short flight of stairs sometimes. That just started. I may have had that happen in the past but if so not for a long time.
