Question Questions about My ECG

Hello everyone,

I am hoping someone can help me. I have Lupus and I haven't been feeling well for a few days. I did go to the hospital yesterday. They did alot of tests. They told me I should follow up with my doctor. they gave me my ECG and blood work numbers to take with me. they told me my ECG was fine.

I just looked at it today and it says "Abnormal ECG" and it also says on it "Probable Left Ventricuar Hypertrophy" what does this mean?

also here are the numbers that were on it. I really don't know what it all means.

PR 156
QRSD ] 98
QT 396
QTc 443

Axis

P 28
QRS -27
T 4

I hope someone can explain to me these numbers.
I also have my bloodwork sheet but I wont bother asking about that right now lol

Thank you
