Cool Wes -- Ginko

Wes-
Was reading back on the supplement posts, and you mentioned you might have seen somthing that Ginko Biloba may not be good for us with HCV, do you remember where?
I was suggested to take 2.000 mg of Ginko biloba, by a health care professional, because I was telling him about my Homerosis Brain fog [Homerosis= Homer Simson he he], he showed me an article that showed Ginko Biloba greatly restores mental alertness, plus was clinically [clinically?] proven to support circulatory and vison health.
things chance quickly, somtimes things that are beleived to be good for you, can prove otherwise, please let me now if you or anyone runs across anthing that states precautions on ginko.
As I mentioned before I take this, as with others under supervision, and I do not take anything taht is a supplement as a CURE, but as a tool to improve my overall or piticular condition.

Be well

I don't remember who was the authority on it but remember reading something that caused me to trash everything I had that contained it. the pubmed site returned just a couple of articles in a search. A web based search returned what I expected -- sites that are selling it as a cure and others warning about it.

Good luck!

It seems like it had something to do with blood clotting....

Wes -
Its acually the opposite, maybe you read that it thins the blood, not good for different types of medications or bleeders, it actually increases blood flow. your right though- not good for everyone.
be well.
