Smile blood clotting

MaryJean, Thanks for your reply. The liver performs over 400 functions and some of them inlcude blood clotting factors. The first sign I had any problems was my period went from 6 days to 3 days because I bled out in one day. Then the spontaneous nose bleeds came on and finally I cut my finger and couldn't get it to stop bleeding for 8 hours. My Dr. did a clotting test before my biopsy and had to delay the procedure for a short while because my blod wasn't clotting. As far as I know, it seems only to affect the clotting in a negative way, but that is based on my experience. My general practioner didn't even know that it could affect your blood clotting. After 42 weeks of treatment there are no more nose bleeds, I heal in regular time and my period is back to 6 days. One thing that might help with your circulation which I have found easy to do with the anemia and everything is Tai-chi. I have found it energizing and its slow enough for me to keep up and yet get my circulation going. Best of luck to you. Hope you are healing well. Mary
