i used to feel more energized during "shot day". I think i was really planning ahead to feel so bad later that i wanted to be assured all was done before the "hard time" set in.
It's a good thing that your husband it taking control of his reaction to treatment as he is! most probably, down the road, he will understand that he can manage his treatment and not be so concerned to get everything accomplished in such a hurry.
of course there will be days when he might feel low and need to take it easy, as most people do (even perfectly healthy people do)
i think your husband is reacting quite normal to his situation and so far is doing very well! it always helps to have a supportive significant other as yourself!
your positive outlook and understanding and willingness to work together may well just make your journey through this easier than it could be.
You are a real Godsend for your husband and I wish you both the best!
The two of you are also a very good example of how people working together can make life in general so much better!
Thank you for sharing your experiences with us all and I hope you continue to do well!
