Post Viral Load

Hello everyone ,I have not been in here in a very long time ! I hope everyone is doing well ! I am here to post a question about our viral count? I was curious why they say your viral load(quant. count)doesnt matter ? You are either detected or non detected. But if it doesnt matter then why are some people in the thousands & others in the millions with there count ? Why the test then if it doesnt count ?I am asking because I started at 770,369(thousand) ,I am treating my self with alternative medicine.I started something new last june,on top of the other things I had been taking. I hadnt seen much of a change until I added a few things.I got my tests back today & my new count is 199,289 thousand & my alt & ast is 28 & 24 .I am so excited because I know I am on the road to recovery!!! So I was just wonderng why some people say it does count & other people say it doesnt ? I feel it does count ,But I just wanted a little feedback why some think differently ? Any input would be appreciated ! Take care ,Think positive& all of can beat his dragon ! Cudagirl

Hi Cudagirl - I have heard that the only time it shows a real difference is when it goes down at least a full log, which is 90%. However, I don't blame you for being happy about your results. I am happy with mine every time, even though it went up 400,00 this last time. It is still down almost 7,000,000 from last year. Your LFTS are great! Keep up the good work. Isn't it great taking charge of your own health? And, yes, I'd love to hear what your using too.

Love & Blessings, Karolyn

Howdy Cudagirl-
Welcome back, where you been? outstanding results, it shows you have been leading a healthy live and doing the right things.

Now NOT trying to rain on anyones parade, -As others here have pointed out, although you can spend thousands and improve your results and levels, there has NOT been one proven case of anyone curing themselves though, any vitamines, herbs, or supplements, some have in fact harmed themselves.

Now having said that, I am behind anyone that can improve their condition to the point where they can in fact wait, and see, if there will be improved treatments in the futre that are much more user freindly, or even never have to treat as their quaility of life has not effected them.

I applaud you for your sucess, keep up the great work and do not be sush a stranger here.

Be Positive, Be Well+

Lost 1, I think that some of those that are having spontaneous clearance of the virus may be proof enough for others. From what I know of virus, I dont' think a cure has been claimed for any of them. That is why the scientific community is rushing to be able to identify the SARS virus. They what to halt the spread before it is out of control. A virus that is air born is something they have worried about for years. I do have a friend, that claims her father cleared himself of Hep C with a Micro-biotic diet, but how could he prove that and who could eat that way. She has another friend who is younger that is already jaundice. I think he was looking to her father for help, but I dont' know how he is because he moved. I think people look to being able to say cured because it gives them a sense of normalcy. When normal is anything that occurs in nature. The Hep G virus that has been discovered has shown to help the body defend against HIV. So who knows maybe, a lesser form of the Hep C or other Hep virus could be the method that some use to clain cured. Just like that movie, "Omega Man", when Charles Heston's blood becomes a plasm source for people to build immunity. To Gothic man. The relationship of Herpes to Chicken poxs, suggests that different strains of virus have different levels of severity.

Howdy Boonies-
Spontanous clearance, of yourself or others have nothing proven to do with any supplements, and should not even be portrayed as so,
my wife not taking any type of anything, very little exercise, etc, including Vitamimes, was spontanous cleared, with the antibodies, now that mysterious action, has happened to many, mostly female, but also has happened to drunks, and other high risk liver damage people, why ?we are not sure,if we did we wouold have a vaccine.

I was not knocking anyones method of treating, I am for any method that can/will help oneself,to any positive level, I was merely stating a fact, probably when I should have, in this case, shut up.

Be Positive, be well+
