update
hi everyone
went to my apt. at the liv-doc's on thurs.he said that i had been through quite an ordeal here at the hospital(his office is there),and pnemonia.asked alot of questions regarding howi wa feeling etc.he also was shocked to see the bruising on my arm(from blood taken at the lab by where i live),no kidding the lady that takes it is brutal!
i haven't seen him since last year so it's been awhile.he asked me about how much alcohol i consume, i said well now i can slug back 3 cases per day, then he laughed(as i have said this before to him)and remembered me(hehe).we discussed pegasys, he asked me if i had any concerns i replied theat the only thing that i am not comfortable with is (anti-deppresants),he agreed and stated that it was a concern of his also.however it is "now available"at a different hospital the doc that runs it is a colleage of his, and offered his name etc.he was quite pleased with my liver enzymes results.(at the hospital lab anything outside40 is out of n/r)
we then went through all my bloodwork since last nov.and in his oppinion he felt that having a sculpt wasn't necessary also.but have to see him again in dec.he said that i was a model patient,(i said to my hubby, well at least i've been called a model, it just took 47 years)hehe!any advice,or input would be greatly appreciated.
fri-the next day
arrived for the liv-ultra sound 9.30 am.the young lady asked about my arm(it is a mess, it's still blue, with yellow and that test was taken 1and1/2week later)!she was great it only took 20 min,and it went smooth,i'm happy to report.as soon as i was out of there i went straight to tim hortons and oh did i enjoy my large decaff.
after we left there i went up to (my lab)in hope to speak to the plebotimist(spelled wrong no doubt),she was the only one there, the darn room was empty.anyhow i approached her in a cival manner, pulled up my sleeve and her reaction was like(oh my).i proceded to tell her that i agreed (oh my)when she was the one that did this to me and it's been i and i/2 weeks old and still covering the inner part of my arm,and this was done with a butterfly needel.i told her that this was my 2nd time that she has done this to me, that in all the years i've had my blood done i have never experianced anything like this and that i do not want her to take my blood anymore.i then got the hours of the others that work at that lab, so i will have one of them take it for me.i feel so bad for the elderly having their blood taken from her.
so this is my update, i am going to lay down now and i hpe to hear from you all soom
keep the faith, bless you all...............mj
