Well, I thought the sides were supposed to get better - well my God ! Yesterday I thought I was going to die or at least was wishing it. I am having a hard time with not feeling well - as before I would just get tired. Last week I felt bad after my shot but this week for Thurs and Fri I felt like I was hit by a bus... everything hurt, cramping in my leg, headaches - yes, I drank water... BUT - today which is Saturday I feel ok, not 100% but much better. I have no problem sleeping which is good when I don't feel good cause when I sleep I don't hurt. I got badly sun burned this week and I have never burned in 32 yrs and my eyes are actually sore but I wear my sun glasses a lot. Just thought that I would check in - almost been a month on treatment, just another 5 to go. Wish everyone well. Louise
hi tweet. you might want to ask your primary doctor for something for pain besides tylenol or ibuprofen. it helped me.
take care of that sunburn and try not to let it happen again! i got one -after- being off the meds (1 month) and it was really bad. i can't imagine treating AND being burnt like that. i feel for you!
remember that you are supposed to spend this time being a little selfish about making yourself comfortable!
I remember that lack of water the previous day permitted bad side effects to occur. You shouldn't wait until you are not feeling well to down your water, drink on a regular basis throughout the day to minimize side effects.
And sunglasses are as important as sunblock, long sleeves and long pants.
I spend lots of time on the water so I cover up well because the rays are being reflected up off the water as well as from above. My skin has always been sensitive let alone while on treatment.
Sorry to hear that you are feeling bad. I hope that the side effects will subside soon. I have been taking the 8 hour tylenol when I take my pills in the morning and they REALLY help! You might want to try them. I am praying for you to feel better! Hang in there!
Feeling awesome today - from 5:45 am and on ! yahoo! It is amazing how when the good days come how completely enjoyable they are I cleaned the house which has been a chore since last weekend... I smiled with my hunny and played around... I even laughed today ) John won't let me do too much though cause he doesn't want me to wear out and cry no more, makes him sad. Well, just wanted to let you all know that there are good effects too Have an awesome day
