Hey Wes! How have you been feeling post treatment? Are things getting better or are you still feeling bad? When do you get your next PCR? How do you enzymes look? How's your energy level?
I feel more alert and a little confused at the same time.
Lots of pre-tx painful areas (from old and new injuries) seem to be aggrevated. I've been taking pain meds and they make me feel brand new except for the most intense areas. i have an appointment with a neurosurgeon today at 2 pm to see if he thinks he can help take some pressure off the nerves in my neck and lower spine. i would like a physical reconstrustion to help that pain instead of a life of masking the pain with meds that make me feel better but do not fix anything.
then comes the issues of other major joint problems. i don't even have an appointment set to see anyome about that yet.
it will be soon that i have another sonogram done on my gallbladder to see if the swelling has gone down and if the polyp has changed.
i had a blood draw for a pcr saturday and am awaiting the results. the doctor ordered the pcr and lft but no cbc.
if i can get the pain under control, i feel like i will be better than before tx!
please remember that i have had numerous injuries pre-tx that was untreated. then the car accident during the middle of tx that made the sides worse.
well, thanks for asking!
i also wonder how jj is doing. maybe she is doing good and too busy to read all this board!
Gosh Wes, I didn't realize your situation was so severe. The wreck really did seem to aggravate and already aggrevated condition. I really really hate that for you. Life always seems to throw curve balls at us.
Have you seem a rheumatologist ($50 bucks if I spelled that right LOL)? My husband has joint issues along with gout and his guy has done wonders for him.
That must be overwhelming! I am praying that you can get the attention you need for a speedy recovery! They say God never gives you more than you can handle, but sometimes I have to wonder.
