Smile Pegasys/Copegus Shot #12-Halfway Home!

I hit my halfway mark on Friday. The past 12 weeks has gone by really fast and I have to say its not been that bad. There have been some bad days starting out but not so terrible I couldn't cope. I haven't missed any work days but have taken more vacation days to play with the grand kids and take it easy.

Now that my energy is returning, I am pretty much doing what I want (of course I may not want to do as much now) but I don't feel like I am missing out on life and that was one of my fears. I have no brain fog, no flu like symptoms since my first shot, and my hair isn't falling out. Might be thinning a bit more but my hair does that seasonally.

I have noticed a shorter fuse and I am less patient than I was before. That's not good but I went back 10mg of Lexapro and I am hoping that will help. Boy am I glad my husband has a good sense of humor. I can cut him to the bone and he'll turn and hiss at me and claw at me. LOL. It just cracks me up and my fuse goes out!

I feel good, though a little tired but nothing to write home about. Go in for my PCR on the 14th so I should know something by the 21st!!!!

Take care all; sorry my posts are so boring (but that's a good thing right.....?)

Jeannie girl-
HOOOOOOYA
Allright, I did my Big #24 last night, that six months went like a blurr, we are both at the half way mark,
Even if I started earilier and and maybe passed on a few helpful tips, you will be finnished three months earier than myself, so YOU can guide me into post-treatment,

Regardless we will both have the same end results,
at the end of our adventure.

You are never boring.
- and I just can not beleive any women can be tempermental, oh meow, he he.

Jeannie may all your sides be grand babys.

Someday we will make this right,
One day we will win this fight.
Do not let treatment control you,
Control your treatment.
Be positive, to achieve a negative, be well Jeannie

Thanks Comadre and Compadre!

Neil I feel a little guilty that you started before me and will finish after me. I doesn't seem fair but guess thats the way it is huh!!!

I'll be there for ya buddy, you certainly have given me some great tips and I don't think I would have had the courage to do treatment if you hadn't of taken it on first.

Waaaah!!! I am a big baby and need big brother to hold my wittle hand!

What are friends for right!

Take care,
Jeannie

Cool

Jeannie-
He he, thanks for making me smile all the time,
I will always be there to hold your wittle hand, and if we can figue out how many kisses it takes to get rid of your boo boo, we will be rich, he he.

Never feel quility about my being on treatment a little longer, Its just a few more tulips I have to tip toe though, but we will both get there.

Thank you for being you.
Someday we will make this right,
One day we will win this fight.
Do not let treatment control you,
Control your treatment.
Be positive, to achieve a negative, be well Jeannie.

Neil
